Crosstex to Present September 17 at National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships' 2009 Master Limited Partnership Investor Conference

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2009-- Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX) (the Partnership) and Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTXI) (the Corporation) announced today that William W. Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships’ 2009 Master Limited Partnership Investor Conference in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, at 10:15 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, September 17.
